Shipping charges:

Shipping charges are automatically set by the shipping calculator based on the cost of the total sale.  Since some items are significantly more costly to ship (like bottles of shampoos) than others (like dog leads), the prices are set as a medium between these extremes. If your actual shipping charges are significantly more or less, we will either refund the difference and/or contact you directly – accordingly. 

We want our customers to feel comfortable with our shipping charges – especially in these difficult times! Thank you for your support and patronage.

Our dog show bows are hand-created from quality satin, grosgrain or jacquard ribbon often imported and/or of limited vintage stock from the UK, Australia, Canada and USA.  Each bow comes with three quality latex bands.  The center embellishments may be beads, silk flowers or Swarovski rhinestones, depending on the style. Bows are stiffened to hold their shape, at times strengthened by additional lining (as needed). The ends are treated so they will not fray with repeated use. It is our hope that these measures will make our bows “dog safe” – but please remember that the bows are not toys and no dog should be left unattended for any length of time wearing a show bow (it’s amazing the trouble our little rug rats can get into when they think we’re not looking!)

The majority of the styles you see on this page are currently in stock and ready to ship out. Lead time will be minimal if the bow needs to be made. However, colors and ribbon styles are subject to change depending on the availability of materials. Bows are also available for custom order; if you would like a particular style of bow please contact Rena@mightymitedoggear.com.   Please allow additional time for manufacture for all custom orders. You can refer to the bows on this page for ribbon style, bead/stone, and sizing preferences.
